The Lake District
About an hours drive from north form Blackpool will see you
arrive in the Lake District the first lake you reach is Windermere here you can
take a trip on one of the tour boats or if you prefer you can hire your own boat to
explore on your own. As well as the lake there is also the village to explore with
its countryside shops and quaint coffee shops and reataurants.

Ribble Valley Steam Railway approximately a 25 minute drive from Blackpool
Travel behind a fully restored steam engine in an old fashioned railway carriage
along the river bank, visit the museum with a collection of industrial locomotives

The Beatles Story see how four young lads from Liverpool became the greatest band
of all time, pay a visit to The Maritime Museum and see the citys close links to the sea
amongst others Liverpool was home port for the Titanic. Take a tour of the city on
land and water on the Duckmarine an authentic sea land vehicle from World War 2

Trafford Centre Manchester
The Trafford Centre is easily one of the best shopping centres
in the country with all the main shops here as well as many department
stores including Selfridges, John Lewis and Debenhams plus a multiplex cinema ,
a food court, and many restaurants.
