We are members of Blackpool Self Catering Association, so guests can be assured that all flats maintain the very high standards laid down by Blackpool town council.
Facilities include:
- Bedrooms are equipped with linen and duvets.
- Lounges beautifully furnished with comfortable seating for all guests.
- Kitchens are electric and fully equipped with all appliances and cooking utensil you may require.
- Each apartment has a modern bathroom suite or shower - towels are not provided.
- All apartments are centrally heated, have double-glazing and comply with Fire Regulations.
- Each apartment has a Colour TV, DVD player and Freeview.
- Games Room with Pool table and video-games.
- Hot water.
- Limited car-parking available.

Terms and Conditions
- There is a £100 deposit on each flat, balance due upon arrival.
- All flats are metered to pay for your own electricity (£1 coins).
- Visitors are not allowed in the flats until 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and are expected to vacate on the day of departure at 9.30 a.m. Under no circumstances can this be altered.
- The flats must not be occupied by more persons than stated. The management must be informed of any additional visitors.
- The management reserves the right to cancel accommodation if, at any time and in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of other guests is thereby endangered.
- The management does not hold itself responsible for valuables left in rooms. An official receipt (which must be produced upon arrival) will be forwarded if accommodation is available. If it is not, then your deposit will be refunded by return of post. In the event of cancellation, booking fees are not returnable.
- Small pets allowed by prior arrangement only.
- Visitors are requested to leave the flats clean and tidy.
